"I hired Mashath for window cleaning. He did an excellent job for me, he arrived on time. The windows were superbly cleaned. The window screens were removed and replaced after cleaning. He was very thorough. I couldn't be any happier with the work that he did. He also does gutter cleaning and power wash of roof and pavements if needed. I will definitely hire him again in the future."

"Gary was very professional and did a great job of fixing, cleaning and hanging up our blinds. Plus, the price was very reasonable, as was the turn around time. I would highly recommend this business."

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Whether you’re a renter or a buyer, you should clean a house when moving out. For renters, it’s usually written in the lease that a house must be cleaned before it’s vacated. If you’re unsure how thoroughly to clean the place, check with the landlord beforehand; otherwise, you may not receive your deposit back. When selling a house, a contractual agreement is often made with the realtor that the house is swept and that all personal belongings are removed before the previous owners move out.

Clean baseboards about once a month alongside the rest of your monthly home cleaning checklist. Dust likes to tumble from the ceilings, walls, and drapes to the floor but often gets caught on the baseboard on its way down. Remove loose dust at least once a month and give it a deeper scrub during your annual spring cleaning.

Onions, peppers, fish, broccoli, and fried chicken taste great—but the leftover smells can be less than appetizing. Even if these foods are cooked perfectly, the odors they leave behind can linger well beyond the dishes being cleared and washed. Fortunately, you can use the same tips to get a burnt smell out of the house and remove stubborn food odors. In addition, make sure you’re keeping your fridge clear of odor-smelling foods for too long to keep the stench from invading other foods.

Apartment kitchens and bathrooms take the longest to clean. Bacteria and other dirt build up the fastest in these wet areas. They need more attention to ensure they remain clean and sanitary. If your apartment has two bathrooms, expect to pay a premium for professional cleaning.

Yes, if you’re strapped for supplies, boiling hot water can be a great alternative for getting rid of soap scum. However, as this method calls for a bit of soaking, it’s best used when cleaning your bathroom sink or bath basin (or on small objects you can submerge). All you have to do is plug your sink or bathtub drain and pour in enough boiling water to cover the soap scum. Allow it to soak for five minutes, drain, and follow up with an additional hot water rinse to remove any lingering residue.
