Brett includes in his quote fixing minor dry rot problems and, in our case, found some major panel delamination and directed us to a contractor with experience fixing this type of damage. Brett will return to paint this once it gets fixed. Importantly, Brett uses top quality paint and products and includes in his quote using a special peel-stop paint over areas that are problematic in this regard. All windows, sidewalks, decks, landscaping, etc. were protected from drips or over spray. After they finished the place was cleaner than before!! We found Brett organized, on time, and his quote fairly priced."

He stained a big part of the dinning wall with spaghetti sauce it was bad. But I did what Mr Juan advice me, to just wipe it with a Cleaning wet wipe and that will do, and it did.
