"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. "My hot water heater died on Memorial Day. I called Bonney. They were willing to come out and replace it that very day for no extra charge, even though it was a holiday. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. The workman reviewed everything and gave me a firm price before the job began. He replaced the water heater, handled all the permits, and ran a new drain line out through the garage and out to the yard (the old water heater's overflow just dumped out onto the floor).
