When fixing the sink Carlson noticed that the floor was weak, Carlos had one of his worker go under the house, and notice that the floor was damaged and said that there were termite. My sister asked Carlos if he could fix the floor, Carlos said yes he said that he would examine the damage then give us a quote on the job. Carlos gave a reasonable quote and my sister hired him to do the job. "The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."
