When John came arrived on time (A+) Professional and listened to my idea/suggestion (A+) Did the job in less than the estimated time (A+) Cleaned and REPAIRED the wall area which I didn't expect (A+) Price was 1/3 of what others wanted to charge. Definitely, recommend NorCal Water Treatment to others, and will be rehiring for future plumbing projects/issues. I'm real BIG on customer service/professionalism and John is "The Man!""

"Kirk was able to correct both of my plumbing issues very quickly...a faucet that had very little water coming out and a slow draining sink. He also checked the water pressure at the front of the house..it is a bit high so we are going to decide the next step on this. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"
