"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. "Peter did a good job on the repairs. He was on time and relatively relatively neat (there will be grout dust so cover things).  He also did a small grout repair in a second bathroom that I added on at the last minute for no additional cost..
Initially, I had him repair the grout on the bathroom floor.  His price was $300 which seemed high, but not outrageous.  The tile looked great except for two small areas which he took care of on his second visit. 
I asked for a quote to repair the grout on the shower floor, pony wall and 1/2 way up the shower walls.  We settled on a price of $400 which again seemed high, but based on the amount of time he had spent on the first job, perhaps not that out of line.  However, the second job took 4 hours (as opposed to the 6 to 8 hours estimated) which averaged out to $100 per hour. 
I asked him to quote a third job and the price seemed out of line with similar work I had done a couple of years ago.  I  will look for someone else who does good work at a more reasonable rate.
