He needed to come back because there was a significant creosote buildup in one of the chimneys. He explained in detail, showed pictures, and stated that he would be back a week from the day he did the initial work. When no one showed, I contacted the company and was told that no appointment had been made and the person on the phone needed to check with another person the next day. When we called the next day we were told that someone would be there the next week to complete the job. This was very inconvenient and we had paid half theist in advance. The technician came a week later and completed the additional cleaning and inspection. The work was done very well and we can enjoy out fireplace. I recommend them highly."
