He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. "We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"Job started on a Friday and extended into Monday due to difficulty of digging fence posts in rocky terrain. In addition, the gate ordered for the front was the wrong color. Later in the day, a new gate was fabricated and delivered but it was the wrong size. Unfortunately the job was not completed until Monday which meant we had no gate to secure our property over the weekend. Our job supervisor and his entire team were kind and professional. Would recommend even though there were some disappointing issues. No contractor is perfect every day."
