Access Door & Gate's work came with a 5-year warranty which the other's did not. While fixing it, the technician noticed some other issues (broken hinges and rollers) with the door that I had noticed before and wanted to get fixed once I could more comfortably afford it. The technician quoted me a price that was ok, but more than I could afford. When I told him this, he worked with me on the price until we were at a price that was comfortable. In the end, a new double torsion spring setup, new hinges, and new rollers cost me $350. Since the original quote for the just the spring was $320, I thought this was pretty good.
