"I had a damaged gate. David had previously given me a lower bid than the contractor we hired, but the other contractor was referred to me by a close friend who is a contractor (so we went with him). Although that contractor was fine, he was impossible to reach and the job took a long time to finish as a result. So, when we had a problem with our other gate, I called David! He was amazing. He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. This was a bargain for the amount of work that he did, including testing of the parts back at his shop."

"From meeting a staffmember in their showroom, to having a rep. come out and discuss a plan/take measurements/write out a contract, to the first crew that took down the old cover, to the next crew that installed a new patio cover/awning, to the final detail crew, and finally the owner, Jeff, coming out to inspect, all went very well. What is best is that, given the tough times we all are facing right now, they are willing to work with you on a price you feel comfortable with. I called them out to fix the broken torsion spring on my garage door. They lowered their price by nearly $100 to match the price of another company. Access Door & Gate's work came with a 5-year warranty which the other's did not. While fixing it, the technician noticed some other issues (broken hinges and rollers) with the door that I had noticed before and wanted to get fixed once I could more comfortably afford it. The technician quoted me a price that was ok, but more than I could afford. When I told him this, he worked with me on the price until we were at a price that was comfortable. In the end, a new double torsion spring setup, new hinges, and new rollers cost me $350. Since the original quote for the just the spring was $320, I thought this was pretty good. Also, they were very friendly and quick. I will absolutely use them again for any garage door needs."

"Job started on a Friday and extended into Monday due to difficulty of digging fence posts in rocky terrain. In addition, the gate ordered for the front was the wrong color. Later in the day, a new gate was fabricated and delivered but it was the wrong size. Unfortunately the job was not completed until Monday which meant we had no gate to secure our property over the weekend. Our job supervisor and his entire team were kind and professional. Would recommend even though there were some disappointing issues. No contractor is perfect every day."
