"The price was slightly high. At first, his responsiveness was an A then he went to an F and he went back to an A. I had to call him again and he hadn't returned calls for a couple of days. He calls me Sir all the time. He's very respectful and very careful about putting towels on the ladder so it wouldn't damage the stucco. He didn't damage any plants and any sprinklers. They were very cautious about my personal property. I would go back. He's better than some other painters. He did the job and they came unresponsive after that. He understood wood, paint, coatings and application. He's very good that way."

One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. I do think that the popularity of Blue Ribbon Industries, especially with the Angie's List Deal, spread him out too much, so it took much longer than necessary.  It was finished 6 months after I bought the coupon and over 4 months after the job was begun.  However, I was not in a big hurry, and only got a little anxious about the delays toward the last couple of months. 
He was very good about making sure I was happy, and said that if I needed any more wire holes or if I had any questions or problems to let him know.  He was very friendly and professional.
