"The initial results were great but as the paper dried I could see the lines and there were some other flaws, so I called back and they did return at no extra charge and explained what happens as my particular type of paper dries, and made it look great. Fixed the flaws. The initial appt was missed but they managed to squeeze me in late the same day so I didn’t have to wait for an entirely different day which I appreciate since I had other work being done in the same room. They gave me a decent discount for the inconvenience. Very polite and clean workers."

The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. "I am very pleased with the work that was done on my home. Palm construction took on two renovations projects at my house. Other companies weren’t willing to entertain the simultaneous projects. They were even able to start ahead of schedule. My bathroom fixtures were moved around to function better, give me more space, and the space was fully renovated. I am in love with the tile work that they did. In my kitchen they were able to change the layout, to give me the open concept I wanted. I was able to switch from electric to a gas range and the cabinetry that was installed is beautiful/high quality. The entire process was virtually stress free with the communications and updates I was given. All the timelines were met and exceeded. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen.
