They were very cautious about my personal property. I would go back. He's better than some other painters. He did the job and they came unresponsive after that. He understood wood, paint, coatings and application. He's very good that way."

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. I do think that the popularity of Blue Ribbon Industries, especially with the Angie's List Deal, spread him out too much, so it took much longer than necessary.  It was finished 6 months after I bought the coupon and over 4 months after the job was begun.  However, I was not in a big hurry, and only got a little anxious about the delays toward the last couple of months. 
He was very good about making sure I was happy, and said that if I needed any more wire holes or if I had any questions or problems to let him know.  He was very friendly and professional.
