"My wife and I were very pleased with the work that Garrett's painters (Ivan and David) did with the exterior painting of our two story 3700 foot home. The painting of the exterior involved quite a bit of detail work which was neatly and professionally completed. Ivan and David also painted an iron fence that surrounds our back yard which involved removing and reinstalling a wire mesh at the bottom portion of the fence. I also had them install some small hooks for the hanging of Christmas lights on a portion of the house eves. Garrett did the work for what I believe was a reasonable price and the project was started and finished according to schedule. The workers were polite and diligent and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend Parker's Painting."

"Every horror story about contractors came true with this job. Mike said he would provide plans 3D at that, but they were just generic plans.. fill in the blanks. and there were no plans for tear down so my backyard, sprinklers, and plants were destroyed. Since there were no plans they poured concrete in the pool and never asked how much shallow end I wanted...so they had to redo it and of course they made me pay for his mistake... there was no communication some days no one would show up and you would not hear from anyone for days..weeks.. The backyard was a mess and workers left food wrappers, cigarette butts . They were doing a backyard pool remodel tore down my fencing yet never was there a discussion about new fencing... that i had to get somewhere else the job went way over budget as they poured on one change order after another...how do you upgrade a pool and all new pool equipment and then are surprised when you need to upgrade the electrical panel?? Then when it came to pool equipment I asked for Pentair pool equipment... this general contractor installs THE POOL EQUIPMENT PLUMBING THAT is labeled in and out BACKWARDS and my filter warranty is voided...that took weeks to get someone out to correct and then the equipment still wasn't working right and Pentair suggested they send a specialist out SPear Pools came and I spent 150.00 in a service call because they wired the pool equipment wrong!!!! No one has returned my calls on that. If they give you a bid I would run the other way sooo fast."

"Treeium has been a complete nightmare since my 2 bathroom renovation started. I am still dealing with their issues 6 months after my two-bathroom renovation was SUPPOSED to be completed. I had countless issues with each phase of the project and had to consult multiple contractors not affiliated with Treeium to remedy each issue. The final issue I dealt with was a plumbing leak in both bathrooms after the expensive tile had already been laid. In short, their plumbers installed each bathroom ring too low. I had to document their errors and take photos of the problems with each bathroom and toilet. They sent plumbers out on three different occasions and were not able to fix their errors. As a result of their contractor's incompetence, I had to consult my own plumber to fix Treeium's mistakes that were made. These fixes cost $2900. Their CEO, Moty Ginsburg/and Office Manager, Abril Platas approved the reimbursement for the costs I incurred, however, they never paid the $2900. Their Project Manager, Joseph Avishay could not provide any updates and apologized for their lack of ability to conduct good business. I have been told countless excuses as to why I was not reimbursed, such as "their accounting team is overseas", "their CEO is out of town," "Their CEO is in charge of accounting and is out of town".... the list goes on. If anyone would like to see the email chain and photos of their mistakes I would be happy to share them with you. PLEASE do yourself a favor and run as fast as possible away from this horrible company if you're thinking about contracting with them, they are bad business. Period."
