Kent and his crew worked diligently and professionally throughout the entire process. They did a phenomenal job repairing the hardwood damaged planks, as now the replaced planks look original and undetectable that they were replaced! KP Flooring installed my first hardwood floor over 24 years ago which still looks new today because they just recently refinished it. Kent is a stand up professional. Upon initially finishing a floor refinish job, he didn’t like how a couple of areas of flooring turned out. He offered to clean up those areas without prompting or additional charges. The areas were much improved after additional effort. Kent is easy to work with and even adjusted his work timing to accommodate a neighbor’s sleeping baby.
