The wrong equipment was delivered and just left in my front yard with not even a knock on the door for three days. I had to move this equipment and it was wrong so lost 1/2 day waiting for correct units. I had a disappointing experience with the work crew that disrespected my home, did not move furniture, curtains, artwork, mirrors, or cover furniture or floors. They knocked unneeded holes in walls and ceiling and left lines uncovered. Had another employee sent out to clean up mess and he found errors in the electrical connections that would not have passed inspection. Another crew had to come and plaster and paint the mistakes. Taking time off work for 6 days when the job should have only taken 3 was another downer as well as having 6 guys in my personal space every day. The owner, Julian, and and rep, Robert, were very responsive to each concern but I found this to be a really frustrating and highly disruptive to my home/life. These very basic set-up and respect for a home should be #1 training for crews! I had to find someone to deep clean the house since the company did not take care of it.
