"The a/c unit on my roof had been making a loud noise, and when I saw the $39.00 tune-up from My Plumber, I contacted them. I received a prompt reply from the company. Jocelyn called me; she was friendly and professional while setting up the appointment. Billy, the tech, arrived on time and put booties over his shoes before entering my home ... that always impresses me, and I appreciate the consideration. Billy went about conducting the tune-up, explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way. I was surprised when he pointed out that the furnace was installed in 1979! He gave me his written findings, and three options as solutions to reduce the noise on the a/c unit on the roof. He explained the options, and patiently answered my questions. I decided to have the work done, and was quite happy that he had the parts with him, so that I wouldn't have to make another appointment. I would recommend this company, and Billy without hesitation or reservation. Customer service is excellent and I was very pleased.
