"Jason is wonderful. Personable and very responsive. He trapped ~10 squirrels (and humanely exterminated them) the first few months. And although it is quite expensive, I like that toxic poisons are not used. This second couple months go round, however, has been less successfu, and no squirrels have been trapped (even though there are plenty). I can't blame this on Jason. He comes and rebates the traps as needed. No charges are made unless an animal is caught (except the initial set-up fee). I would not hesitate to recommend his service!"

"I had crown and floor molding installed through the house. They did a fantastic job and their team was professional, friendly and respectful. Job was two days, each day they were on time and worked hard to complete the project on time. I would highly recommend them."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Summer is the best time of year to treat chinch bugs. Check the instructions on the treatment method or consult a pest control pro for timing recommendations. You want to wait for chinch bugs to have a chance at coming out of hibernation and move around, but not too long that they start doing damage. Aim for around mid to late spring for most chinch treatments.

If you are not at high risk of contracting disease and take proper safety precautions, it’s considered generally safe to clean mouse droppings on your own. Before handling any droppings, make sure to put on protective equipment such as plastic gloves and a face mask. Individuals who are immunocompromised, have medical conditions, and children should especially avoid exposure to mouse droppings.

No, ground bees are not detrimental to the health of your lawn. In fact, the small holes created by ground bees can actually offer beneficial aeration which moisturizes and nourishes the ground. Additionally, ground bees are highly regarded as vital pollinators, meaning they help plants to reproduce. Unless you’re battling a severe infestation, leaving ground bees undisturbed can boost the health of your yard and the environment.

Yes, professionals use humane and safe methods. Inform your provider of any specific concerns before treatment.

If you spot a bug in your home that seems very similar to a flea, it’s likely a springtail, which is a tiny jumping insect that can resemble a flea. Unlike fleas, they are not dangerous to humans or animals because they don’t bite. Fleas are smaller than springtails, which is how you can distinguish them.
