"The work was completed well and to our satisfaction. He had some difficulty finding the house and meeting the appointment time due to some issue with his mobile phone. (I suggested having a Thomas Guide as a backup.) He was very knowledgeable and skilled, and he didn't waste any time sizing up the job and getting started on the work. The faucet went in with no problem (we bought one at Costco on sale) replacing an old, worn out one. The garbage disposal was a little different, and more difficult, and required some additional plumbing work. He was without a part that's usually used for the job, so it meant that he had to do some additional soldering that we ended up having to pay for. The deal was for $89 for 2 hours of work, but the extra work cost another $110. It didn't seem that we should pay for something that was up to him to prepare for. Nonetheless, the faucet and garbage disposal were installed professionally, and we haven't had any issues with them since.

"He did not seem prepared for the job. I had 3 ceiling fans to install and in my bedroom he dropped his drill and chipped hard wood floor which I did not notice until he was gone. Then he had to go to a home appliance store and made me pay him cash when I only had a 20$ he said that was fine, but I thought payment for extras went through the app. He kept asking for water bottles but I do not keep that stuff I use reusable water bottles. It was just overall a weird encounter."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
