He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and very responsive.  He even went out of his way to work with my insurance appraisal to discuss repair options.  I decided to go with Goodfellas and Tom based on the excellent initial engagement.  It saves me the time and hassle to have to bring in multiple contractors for bids.  The first project to repair dry rot got kicked off quickly so I am off to a great start.
