My Hunter Douglas Duette shades fail every few years. The first several times they were under the seven-year warranty. I had to take them back to the retailer and wait weeks for them. The last time the retailer said HD was demanding postage of $45 a blind. I refused to pay. I guess the retailer paid. Blinds for All People fixed them in 24 hours, replacing the â motorâ , not just restring them. They come to your home! I highly recommend Blinds for All People.

I would rehire them. However, they were over two hours late, and could not fix the blind on site, as promised. Had to take it to the shop. Otherwise the repair was satisfactory at a fair price. No complaints regarding the work or the charge.

Melvin was very quick to call, able to make it the same day and did a great job of fixing my more than 16 year old Hunter-Douglas product. And he is a funny nice guy. The only problem was his website which perhaps had been hacked. I told him about it and he was grateful for the information.

Melvin called me with in 15 minutes and came to my house with in an hour to install on the same day. He was very nice, polite and did a great job. I definitely would hire him again!!!

I ve never used this service before, but now I am so glad I did. I m here for just a few days from out of state to do repairs on my mother-in-law s home. I found that the 12 foot traverse rod on her front window wasn t working and she couldn t open the big, heavy drapery. I ssarched online for drapery companies nearby, but couldn t find one that was open. That s when I saw Home Advisor s ad, filled in my need for service & contact info, & submitted my request. I received immediate feedback that there are four companies available in my area, and I received a call from a Blinds for All People service technician in only ten minutes! We set an appointment for the next day (4/2), the repair technician, Melvin Butts, was on time, professional, had our problem fixed in a very short time, and even re-hung the drapes for me, all for a very minimal cost. This was a wonderful experience & I definitely recommend this company and Home Advisor & will use both again when a need arises.

Installer came next day, took down 8 sets of blinds, removed hardware, installed new hardware and 8 new sets of blinds in 1 1/2 hours and was very nice. This was my best experience in 73 years in contracting with anybody for any work. It was amazing !!!
