"Went well - company was very responsive. We had a power outage the morning of the appointment, and I called and was able to reschedule the appointment to later in the day (they called another customer to swap appointment times). The technician was able to tune up the garage door and fix the issue with the garage door not closing with the remote and explained to me the issue of why the garage door was not closing (due to excessive resistive force, which was fixed after the garage door was lubed)."

"They were prompt and knowledgeable about what would be required to repair the door. They were not the lowest bid but were willing to lower the price to be more competitive. The work was done quickly and I didn't have to risk bodily injury, or hassle with doing the work myself. I wanted it done and Garage Door Pros got it done fast."

"The work was beautiful, attention to detail even though they had not worked with some of the materials before. I am more than happy with the final product. Feliciano also put up my fence and they did a fabulous job with the fence at a fair price. I'll be calling them again for other jobs I have planned. Took a little longer than anticipated but it was mostly because of lack of materials, so hard to find basic materials these days."
