"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

Got a few estimate, one was 30% lower than Fence Dr, but ultimately decided to go with Herb since he seems to know fences really well, and was able to explain things. Pros: - He and his crew are excellent at doing their work, fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves - Really like the newly installed fence sections Cons: - He pushed out the installation date 3 times due to various reasons, and told me the day before he needed to change the date - His initial quotes didn't match what he told me verbally, resulting in delays to begin the work. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work Herb and his crew from Fence Dr did, and will recommend his service."

It's all started in 2013 when I was hired for a big local gate company in the bay area . Hi, my name is Tom the owner of Automatic Gate Pros. After about 8 years of working for a local company I gained lots of experience and decided to start a business of my own and created Automatic Gate Pros in 2020. "About 2 months ago, I started looking to get estimates to build a new driveway gate at my house. I invited a few companies to give me estimates and found Tom with Automatic Gate Pros. Tom's estimate was in the middle of the other estimates I received, but it wasn't about the price at all. Tom was the only one out of all the representatives who actually explained and recommended accessories and devices I might need or want. He explained the differences between one brand and another and gave me his personal opinion and preferences as a homeowner and an installer. After we were done with accessories, we started talking about the main part, the gate. My gate design involves wood and steel together, and here again Tom amazed me with so much knowledge about wood types and the differences between paint and stain. He again recommended what to do for each option. Fast forward, the installation was completed a couple of days ago, and wow, the results are amazing and exactly what I was expecting. No surprises or unfulfilled promises. The timeline was promised and met. The quality was promised and met.
