Ozzie did a great job redoing some lighting in my kitchen and living room and adding some recessed lighting. He took care of some outdoor lighting as well to modernize the look of the house and prep it for sale.

I hired Ozzie to remodel my 2nd bathroom. He removed the existing pre-made shower which was causing a leak. Changed the layout of the shower to be slightly larger. He made sure that everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. His tile work is top notch & it shows in the end product. He also removed the existing flooring (laminate) & replaced it with porcelain tile. He switched out the old exhaust fan, replaced the light fixture, painted and resized the bathroom door. I am a repeat customer of Ozzie's because he has great work ethic, is knowledgable in all areas of remodeling & gets the job done right.

Bathroom ceiling repair, exhaust fan installed, new light fixture, sink, and faucet. Texture on ceiling and walls, and paint... done within my budget and the work was done in good time.. and professionally... the bathroom looks like a different room and I love it.

Ozzie did a great job completing the work in a timely and efficient manner. He was mindful of my budget and it was great to have 1 person to care for all the work. The finished product was nicer than I imagined and it made selling my house a breeze.

I had to fire him before he came to the job. 30 minutes prior to our agreed upon day and time, I called him up to make sure he was going to be at our appointed time. He said he had to cancel that day because he had other projects he had to complete. I rescheduled him for the following Saturday and told him that if he failed to show up next Saturday that I would have to find someone else to do my job. He became insulting over the phone and called me "a *****" and "a *****-***". I fired him over the phone and hung up. Thank goodness I didn't bring this person into my house that day. With Osvaldo's anger issues, Heaven knows what issues he might have launched into while in my house. I don't trust Angie's List any longer due to this "screened and approved" person from Angie's List.
