"I was looking for someone to replace two passive attic fans with powered fans and add a third...plus correct a faulty ceiling fan circuit. I put this off for a year thinking it too expensive and dealing with contractors a hassle. Not true with these folks. A great crew, Robert & Fernando. I'd been concerned with and part of my putting off the project was worrying it would go over budget once they got into it-it's an old house. So I asked them to stop by first to inspect and if no problem found provide a written estimate. They did it with a smile. Professional competent polite no sales pitch. I'm not big on sales pitches. After the inspection we moved forward with the work. They were on time cleaned up every scrap of fan packaging and wire clippings and vacuumed the work areas. They took away not only the old fans but the boxes for the new ones came in. They rewired the ceiling fan now it's much better than when originally installed. JK Flores checks all the boxes. "I can't recommend Ken Johnson and his team, enough. They gave me a reasonable rate for a brand new electric panel and installed it in only a couple of hours. They even made sure to keep my refrigerator hooked up to power so it stayed cool. Of course, they are following Covid protocols, and were very efficient in their time. "TME did a great job.  They demolished and removed the entire existing rotted deck and rail at our 100-yr old home.  The new deck required that a new floor frame be built first without nailing it to the deck surface so as not to puncture the underlying waterproof layer of tar.  The frame had to be constantly adjusted to create a reasonable amount of slope for drainage while providing a comfortable level surface to walk on.  Finally, a beautiful hardwood deck was installed with rails to perfectly match the style of the home - all custom work.  We were very happy with the result.  Great guys to work with.  My dog made new friends, too!

"Martin and his team arrived right on time. They installed 14 recessed LCD lights in the ceilings of my living room and family room. The job was complicated by the fact that these rooms are located on the middle floor of a 3-story house so additional holes needed to be cut in the ceilings to pass the wiring through the space between the floors.
