I don't know if they thought I was an idiot or if they were idiots, verbally quoting me prices of up to $8,000 to move a 10ft wall out 3 ft and claiming that the job would require 3-7 days.Tony was/is my hero. He came, assessed, and unlike the others went back to his office and emailed an estimate citing everything that would be done. He estimated 2-3 days for completion. On the first day, Tony arrived before 9 and completed what he had to do in record breaking time, drywall and door installation were completed the following day by his drywall specialist.Total time taken was 2 days. To merely say that Tony is skilled at what he does would be a misrepresentation, he is knowledgeable, competent, and a master of his trade. In addition a true customer service professional and excellent team leader and coordinator. What more can I say? I am so thoroughly impressed.

"Overall, I was very satisfied. They were busy, so it took some time to schedule the work, but the issues were not urgent. I called Garafano Electric for an estimate in late December. They came out to provide an estimate within about 10 days. The work was scheduled on a date convenient for me, several weeks later. I needed them to come out for a follow-up visit on the faulty lighting circuit and they scheduled that very quickly. They were able to identify an intermittent problem with one of the circuits and came up with an effective solution. They also recommended a good wireless switch and came up with a clean way to install it without cutting into walls or the ceiling. They did the routine work - replacing outlets and switches - very efficiently. The pricing seemed very fair. I purchased the parts myself and provided them. They offered good options in a couple of situations where unexpected conditions were discovered. I would definitely recommend them and use them again."

"It went great. Eddie asked several questions to make sure we were on the same page. He made a few suggestions and got to work. He installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms and wall switches. He arrived early and was done by early afternoon. Eddie did a great job. So I asked him to install pot lights and connect to an existing switch in my kitchen. Again he did a great job. I asked Eddie to return next month to install lighting in my patio area. Thanks Eddie."

"I thought Paul and his installer were rock stars. I bought a new fan and the ceiling fan company where I bought it couldn't do a quick installation so I looked in here at Angies list and found that Paul at Fairway Electric was highly recommended. And the review was more than accurate. Paul responded immediately and had someone out the next day and installed my ceiling fan (something i did NOT want to do myself). And he even charged me a bit less than Paul quoted. Later---there was a frequency problem with the ceiling an light that made it dim occasionally---(caused by a neighbor who had a remote control with a similar frequency). Paul sent his repairman out (no additional charge) and changed the frequency. I'd call Paul back in a millisec if I had another ceiling fan installation or for electrical work based on my excellent experience dealing with him."
