"I was looking for someone to replace two passive attic fans with powered fans and add a third...plus correct a faulty ceiling fan circuit. I put this off for a year thinking it too expensive and dealing with contractors a hassle. Not true with these folks. A great crew, Robert & Fernando. I'd been concerned with and part of my putting off the project was worrying it would go over budget once they got into it-it's an old house. So I asked them to stop by first to inspect and if no problem found provide a written estimate. They did it with a smile. Professional competent polite no sales pitch. I'm not big on sales pitches. After the inspection we moved forward with the work. They were on time cleaned up every scrap of fan packaging and wire clippings and vacuumed the work areas. They took away not only the old fans but the boxes for the new ones came in. They rewired the ceiling fan now it's much better than when originally installed. JK Flores checks all the boxes. The best."

"I can't recommend Ken Johnson and his team, enough. They gave me a reasonable rate for a brand new electric panel and installed it in only a couple of hours. They even made sure to keep my refrigerator hooked up to power so it stayed cool. Of course, they are following Covid protocols, and were very efficient in their time. They did a really good job on the panel. I would absolutely hire these gentlemen again."

"The owner came over and checked out what needed to be done. He quoted me a price which startled me (in a good way). It was much less than I expected. 

He sent an installer a few days later and also came here himself to check out how it was going. They did exactly what they said they would and the price was also exactly what they said it would be.

The also were very good in communicating to me what they were doing. The office called to schedule the installation and the installer called me and updated me on his schedule."

"It went great. Eddie asked several questions to make sure we were on the same page. He made a few suggestions and got to work. He installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms and wall switches. He arrived early and was done by early afternoon. Eddie did a great job. So I asked him to install pot lights and connect to an existing switch in my kitchen. Again he did a great job. "I thought Paul and his installer were rock stars. I bought a new fan and the ceiling fan company where I bought it couldn't do a quick installation so I looked in here at Angies list and found that Paul at Fairway Electric was highly recommended. And the review was more than accurate. Paul responded immediately and had someone out the next day and installed my ceiling fan (something i did NOT want to do myself). And he even charged me a bit less than Paul quoted. Later---there was a frequency problem with the ceiling an light that made it dim occasionally---(caused by a neighbor who had a remote control with a similar frequency). Paul sent his repairman out (no additional charge) and changed the frequency. I'd call Paul back in a millisec if I had another ceiling fan installation or for electrical work based on my excellent experience dealing with him."

"Luis and his team were very professional and efficient in getting the work done. I had new electrical outlets added, upgrades completed in a bedroom, and outlets installed for a TV and electric mounted fireplace with no visible plugs. Everything looks clean and seamless. Highly recommend! They also installed flat LED ceiling lighting & a in both the bedroom and living room and a fandilier, which turned out great. The owner personally made sure to contact me when his crew was on their way, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again and have already reached out for another home project!"
