Once installation was performed, company would not return when troubles surfaced. As a result, I have a product that I can no longer use after paying for all the work done.

I called several companies and decided on Echo Systems Solutions. The customer service was great as was the workmanship. Four security cameras were installed at my residence. The operational use of the cameras and the features associated with them were fully explained to me prior to the workers leaving. The following day I spoke with Sam from the company who wanted to ensure I was satisfied and address any additional questions I might have had. Without question, I would definitely use Echo Systems Solutions and would recommend them to family and friends.

Ricky was very detailed about projected costs and what services would be provided and how the equipment would be installed. Sam stayed on site all day to make sure everything was done to their standards. Great company, a user friendly surveillance system and great service.
