They did a good job, but in the course of trying to sell me another service they pulled up a floor vent and made kind of a mess in my hallway, which I was not super-happy about, but it was not the end of the world. He did not ask me if he could pull up the vent and if he would have asked me I would have told him not to do it. This was the first time I used this company. They were very fast and efficient with the dryer vent cleaning and I have no complaints about that at all. I had a little trouble getting the service scheduled."

It was more than twice the amount the salesman said it could be. He estimated $12-$13 thousand. The estimate we received was $31,000. Even if we used their in house financing (pay half and the second half paid over the next year) we couldn't swing it unless we get another loan. Not going to happen. I'm so disappointed."
