We had a mold issue in our condo and it was taken care of. Luke’s knowledge and customer service were top notch. He followed through on everything he said he would do and in a timely manner. I received an air test/mold inspection from Luke and he was awesome! He came in listened to our concerns, was extremely informative, answered all of question’s & His professionalism helped us feel like we were in good hands. Luke was a God send! I truly believe In the Pure Maintence Fogging protocol. When my husband found Fresno Pure Maintenance while we were frantically searching for a local Mold remediator that wasn’t going to rip our walls out or rape our bank account, I admit I was skeptical as with my CIRS diagnosis I was told no business on the West Coast had the services to treat my house. That was pretty hard for me to believe. After a phone call with my husband Luke reached out to me to get all the information he could about my diagnosis. He took the time to listen to my fears and my concerns. I had done my research and he was able to back his system up and make me feel better about utilizing his fogging system. It all made sense but I still was skeptical. I prayed about it as I was at the point of giving up and moving and just being ill the rest of my life. Luke felt my pain and calling from the Lord to reach back out to me and offer to help remediate my home. We both felt the hand of the Lord and his healing in this process. Luke set up a phone call with the originator of Pure Maintence to go over all my concerns and explain in depth the science behind his system. Once again I just felt at peace and knew God brought these men and their remediation process and myself together to show us all what HE could do and heal me. Luke waisted no time to get me scheduled that week to test my home vs. the 3 month wait and thousands of dollars I was looking at with the companies that were my “only other option” back East, which also entailed ripping into my walls and months of remodeling and repairs that could occur. Luke came to my house the next day, did a total walk through inspection searching for mold or places it could be coming from, under my house, in my attic, every closet, under every sink and window seal, outside, etc. Not finding much to visually go off he still insisted that due to my HRTSMI testing there is mold coming from some source. He stopped and asked to pray with us and asked God to heal our house and myself. I mean, who does that in this day and age??!? I once again I saw Gods hand in this. Tears flowed!!! We went ahead with the scheduled treatment and Luke promised he would treat, test and retreat if need to prove he would leave my home mold free and I would be feeling better in no time. It was the easiest process. Leave your home for the day, let me do my thing and you can return, safely in 4 hours. No need to remove our edible food, plants, animals could be outside. This is a safe treatment! We chose to let the house marinate over night and return the next day. When I returned I felt a sense of peace and fresh clean air. It’s been 2 full weeks and I have felt amazing. I’m talking instant reduction in my medical issues each day! Luke called the next week to check in with me and give me the first results of the testing that came back “clean”!!! And the following week with the viability test 100% clear! He also added, if for some reason I start to not feel good down the road he would come back and treat it again at no cost. People don’t do business like Luke does business anymore! I’m walking proof their system works! I haven’t felt this good in 3 years!!! Do yourself a favor and call Luke! He truly cares about you and your well being and isn’t out to just make a buck! He will give you my number if you are skeptical. Let God work through him like He did for me!

Luke is extremely professional. He is very educated in the biology of this invasive and serious health hazard and home hazard! He teaches you everything you need to know and then some...leaving no questions unanswered. He will stop what he is doing to answer your questions and calm your fears. He takes as long as it takes to do the job. Never watching the clock... just doing the work and going above and beyond. I was very sick from the mold and had extreme headaches, red eyes and hair loss. Luke healed my home and healed me. This treatment is the best there is on the market. I recommend doing this over any old school conventional cleaning methods, which cause more humidity and water, hence giving the enemy mold/spores what it needs to survive. He kills the bacteria, parasite mold and that is real!

Gabi and Luke were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. It can be stressful finding mold in the house and navigating what to do about it since there’s multiple treatment options available. They were super helpful talking through what we were dealing with and helping me understand the scope of the problem we had and what options we had to take to protect our family. Since most of our mold was topical we didn’t feel the need to take the traditional route of removing all kinds of material but just wanted to properly contain and kill the mold spores that were released in the house, get rid of the mold, and keep repairs to a minimum in the process. We went with the dry fogging method that they provide and we were really happy with the results. We could tell immediately afterwards just how clean the air was and the test results also backed that up. We felt the dry fogging method was really worth it because it would kill any mold in the house that we may not have even known about within the walls or in unseen places. With young ones in our family we didn’t want to take the risk of toxic mold exposure so we wanted to act quickly. Gabi and Luke helped us get the treatment done very quickly. Throughout the process, I could tell they really did care about the health and safety of our family and weren’t just another transaction for them. This service has CHANGED my life. I have been suffering from mold sickness for what seems like forever in the last four and a half years that I lived in my home.
