Customer service is excellent. They were thorough and the carpet, once dried, looks great. Best part was that it didn’t take very long to do the job - it was much faster than steam cleaning.

Chris stopped answering our calls after the service. We?re not happy with the results. He quoted us $250 & after reviewing the rooms he ended up charging $400 cash bcuz one of the rooms needed deep cleaning & the carpet pulled so he could put the treatment underneath. That was fine bcuz we knew it needed a deep cleaning since the prev owners let their cat pee in the room. We scheduled weeks in advance only for him try to reschedule the day of because he wasn?t properly prepared. We insisted that we needed it done the day we agreed because we were moving into the property the next day. He then was trying to charge more bcuz of the supplies but we pushed back since we already agreed to the new higher price. He ended up showing up later than scheduled & was in an out of the house within 1.5hr when he said it would be 3hr. We noticed the smell wasn?t gone & the carpet wasn?t pulled as he said he would.Other rooms are ok but they didn?t need much work.Chris lmk if you want to rectify this.
