"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Eric’s carpet and upholstery did a amazing job. Had my carpets shampooed last year by a different company and there was a few stains that didn’t come out but with Eric he was able to knock them out like nothing… Would highly recommend to any one looking for carpet cleaning services."

"They are one of the most friendly, professional business I have dealt with. Not only punctual they did the job in great time, very conscience of my home and care to keep clean as they worked. They gave me hints of what to do in future and what products to use to keep it clean. Stated several times to me that if I saw anything that I wasn't happy with later in the day after completly dry, just call them. They have incentives for future work or referals. On top of all of that, Sandi gave me a bouquet of sunflowers as a thank you for hiring them!"

"Todd arrived ahead of schedule and ready to work. His technology was new to me and he took time to answer all my questions and concerns. He pre-treated stains and went to work. He was able to do my house in an efficient and timely manner. There was little residual moisture so the carpet dried much more quickly than traditional steam cleaning. He also cleaned the upholstery on a chair and it looked like new when he was done. I recommend Todd’s work without reservation."

Upholstery Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The first thing you should do when cleaning smoke damage is open all your windows to ventilate the affected area and run an air purifier with a HEPA filter. Cover your furniture and belongings to prevent soot accumulation, and vacuum any soot that’s on the floor and other surfaces. Be sure to wear a mask, gloves, and eye protection when cleaning the affected area.

You should clean your cushions at the beginning and end of every summer or whenever they look worse for wear. Keep your patio cushions looking newer for longer by cleaning sofa stains as soon as they happen.

There might be cases where cleaning your furniture yourself might save you in overall costs, which could total between $75 and $200 per piece of furniture. If your furniture is only lightly soiled, you can investigate the best way to clean your item by checking the care tag and tackling it yourself. However, keep in mind that knowing the right way to clean your item is crucial to maintaining its quality. If you’re unsure of the best way to clean your furniture or if you have a heavily soiled item, it’s best to contact a furniture cleaning service.

It’s best to avoid using furniture polish, any oil-based cleaners, varnish, ammonia, and cleaning solvents. Other harmful materials include chemicals like acetone or alcohol, which can cause severe damage to your couch.

You’ve tackled the pee stain on the carpet, but that smell still lingers in the air. Yuck! Fortunately, you can use certain sprays to help remove the odor. A homemade baking soda spray, made with 1/4 cup of baking soda and 2 cups of water in a spray bottle, can help remove the smell of pee. You can also use an enzymatic cleaner directly on the pee stain to deodorize it.
