K & S STEAM WAY

There were a few bumps with their equipment, resulting in completing the job in 2-days instead of 1; but K & S was very professional and the carpets look great.  I loved the special of touch of leaving a bouquet of flowers at the end of the job.  We will use K & S again.

Our epoxy floor was cleaned to the best of our expectation. The price was fair. Ken was punctual and did everything he said he would. He even left us a bouquet of flowers! We will definitely have him clean our floors again.

Pet spots came out nicely once carpet completed dried and then was fully vacuumed (a day later - the vacuuming help to bring up the turf of the carpet as well!).Looks good! Very pleased with service and enjoyed hiring a local small business owner.

Ken and Sandy are the utmost professionals.  They are prompt, friendly, and make you feel like you are their best customer.  They are a little more expensive, but they do an amazing job.  They have been cleaning my carpet for at least 10 years.  Between the customer service I receive and the top rate job they do, I feel it is well worth the price.

We had used another service some time back.  I joined Angie's list and looked up carpet cleaners when it was time to clean them again.
 
I contacted K & S Steam Way in the evening and left a message on their answer machine.  Considering the time of night,  I was amazed when I immediately got a call back from them.  We arranged a time for them to come and look at our carpets and give us an estimate.  We agreed to a time and they were right on time.  We have two small dogs and although they are house broken, we have the usual "accidents" and "doggie odors".  In addition we had all of the normal traffic pattern dirty areas.  After K & S Stam Way gave us an estimate (NO hard sell!!!) we set up a date for the cleaning.
The morning of the cleaning, again, they were right on time.  Before they got started they used a yard blower to clean the garage area where their hoses would be entering our house and the driveway where their trailer was parked.   They donned "booties" over their shoes and immediately got to work.  The thoroughness of the job and their attention to detail was superb!  They used several pieces of equipment to pre-treat some "accidents" by our dogs and to completely clean all of our carpet in 5 rooms.  In addition they applied a deodorizer to remove any smells.  Yes, that was an extra cost, but well worth it!
They were here a total of almost three hours, constantly working.
At the end of the job, they presented my wife with a boquet of red carnations!!!
Their price was slightly higher than we had paid before, but when you break it down to the time on the job, it probably was less than our other provider.  Anyway, the job was much, much better.
All in all, I can't thank Ken and Sandi enough for the job they did or compliment their work too much.

They are one of the most friendly, professional business I have dealt with. Not only punctual they did the job in great time, very conscience of my home and care to keep clean as they worked. They gave me hints of what to do in future and what products to use to keep it clean. Stated several times to me that if I saw anything that I wasn't happy with later in the day after completly dry, just call them. They have incentives for future work or referals.On top of all of that, Sandi gave me a bouquet of sunflowers as a thank you for hiring them!

They're the best.  They are so thorough and do the best job.  The stains are gone forever.

Very punctual and professional at all times. This is the second time I have used K&S and have been satisfied each time. The price is a bit spendy, but I believe in this case you get what you pay for.

They came on time, were pleasant and seemed competent. When they left my carpets looked good and they were very thoughtful to make sure they left no mess. By the time my carpets dried, which took two days, they had browned out and stains came back. I called the company and they came back and redid carpets. Same thing happened after they left, they could not solve the problem, I was not satisfied, they failed to return my money even though that was their guarantee. I would not do business with them again.

They arrived on time; did the job very well. It was a pleasure to have they back again. Our rugs look new even though they are over twenty years old. They left no mess whatsoever. Highly recommend them.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WORK FAST THEY ARE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. ALSO THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT IDENTIFYING AND REMOVING STAINS IN CARPET.
