"We hired Tyson to insulate our exterior walls, remove old attic insulation and seal the attic, and then blow in new fiberglass attic insulation. In the course of removing the old cellulose, they discovered that we had no functioning heat/air duct system, which explained why our power bills were (literally as it turned out) going through the roof. They gave us a lead on a good HVAC service, and were very flexible while we sorted out the problem.
