"First day, cleaning was not thorough enough, I had to demonstrate that tile was not clean. Several grout areas were missed. Project took 3 days instead of 2 as projected. Fumes of cleaner were strong. Mr. Barnes however carefully monitored the project and was present a majority of the time. Follow through was good. Would hire again."
