"The owner, Todd, is super professional and super friendly. The guy knows what he’s doing! Easy to make accommodations and is super flexible as long as you provide him enough notice. Don’t be surprised if you end up with a family friend after he cleans your floors! It’s a PLUS that there is minimal water used and the results, even after time, are fabulous! "All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline.
