Very professional owner/operator. He was more than willing to explain what the service did and how to better maintain our carpets.

Very professional & called to confirm time & arrived on time. He explained the process & was very thorough. He asked if there were any trouble spots and if they were recurring. He spot treated them & even left a bottle of solution for future use. The whole process took only a couple of hours, leaving carpets very clean & very dry.

We've used MaxCare Flooring Services before. It was great, a good job. They did pretty good. They also gave us an extra bottle of their cleaning solution which is great and then we called back and we were able to buy another one for spots. They came out to bring us the bottle of spotter that we added later after we finished the one bottle, we were able to purchase more at a reasonable price. They came at the time that we requested.
