"Brian was wonderful in communicating with me about the job. His questions and responses prior to doing the job were perfect and assured that we could get the job done and in a timely manner. He sent Jesse to do the work at my mom's house. Jesse was great! He was courteous, professional, friendly, and truly cared about doing a good job. He was also super clean. He made sure to set up beforehand to assure that everything was kept clean and neat. I am thrilled with the job they did. Their customer service was wonderful! "The owner, Todd, is super professional and super friendly. The guy knows what he’s doing! Easy to make accommodations and is super flexible as long as you provide him enough notice. Don’t be surprised if you end up with a family friend after he cleans your floors! It’s a PLUS that there is minimal water used and the results, even after time, are fabulous! (If you’re not one of those throwing around food or oil wrestling! ?) Competitive prices, too!"

"They are one of the most friendly, professional business I have dealt with. Not only punctual they did the job in great time, very conscience of my home and care to keep clean as they worked. They gave me hints of what to do in future and what products to use to keep it clean. Stated several times to me that if I saw anything that I wasn't happy with later in the day after completly dry, just call them. They have incentives for future work or referals.On top of all of that, Sandi gave me a bouquet of sunflowers as a thank you for hiring them!"

"Very professional & called to confirm time & arrived on time. He explained the process & was very thorough. He asked if there were any trouble spots and if they were recurring. He spot treated them & even left a bottle of solution for future use. The whole process took only a couple of hours, leaving carpets very clean & very dry."

"All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline. Efrain quotes a fair price and follows through with what he says he will do. He is experienced, a good listener, and provides solutions to almost any problem put in front of him.
