"Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. Zohar originally set me up with his architect that worked with me to plan the room addition. The addition was an extra room and extended the back of the house. The architect took care of basically everything from start to end. The total price for the work was a bit higher than my budget but it was absolutely worth it. All the materials and final products for the work were high grade and the workmanship too. Zohar and his working crews worked each day including some weekends in order to get stay behind schedule. In the communication aspect of it, Zohar always kept me informed of the progress and what should I expect the following days/week.
