They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "I would like others to know not to hire a company that will not take the time to come to your home and give you a quote. That is a mistake I am paying for. I was quoted $7500-$8000 over text, my final charges were almost 11k! They also changed the quote AFTER I started questioning the charges. We have almost $8000 in damages. Forced to sleep on the floor because they damaged the headboard to my bed. They do t assemble items they claim on their website they do. My daughters bed was poorly assembled to a point it could have seriously harmed my daughter. What if that was a baby crib? They hid the poles to hold the bed up under the mattress. Imagine if this was your child's bed. They also broke an expensive flat-screen TV and had it facing the wall so we could not see it. Please record if you hire movers and stay behind them as they're bringing your items into your home. And also very very important to go through all the items as they remove them from their truck. My family and I have suffered since this move. Has caused us pain and suffering. I am a vet and get paid disability for my back and was forced to sleep on the floor. In my 30 years of moving, I have never experienced a bad move until I came across this moving company. It is almost impossible to get them to reply to my emails me text messages."

"Beware of Oh Ship and FELIX. I added a local moving project on Angi and got a call from FELIX, from OH SHIP. Felix talked well quoting me an hourly rate for 2 men and a 26 ft truck. The quoted price was high but Felix came accross well, I checked that OH Ship was Legit. I countd on Angi for checking the vendord they refer. It was a flat rate without any other junk fee or taxes. I specifically asked to start at the Storage as it was mainly boxes and storage closed at 9. But The crew came to the house and they said Sorry for mistake, will do the storage later. Since then, I tried contacting FELIX via Txt/calls multiple times but now it was DEAD. By the time the crew loaded from home,it was late, truck was half empty but no floor space. Made the trip with half stuff. Before unloading, the accountant called asking for payment that now had admin fee, material fee and overtime. Arguments were of no avail and I paid double for half job done. BEWARE of FELIX never responded"

"My name is Lorraine, and I received a quote of $14,000 from a broker. The broker verified my inventory multiple times before the scheduled pickup, and it was accurate. However, the broker subcontracted the move to Presto Logistics, a company I was unfamiliar with at the time. I had engaged the broker, not Presto, and was unaware that they were acting as a broker themselves, which led to my surprise when a different company arrived. This situation quickly escalated when Presto Logistics increased my costs from $14,000 to nearly $30,000. They have not provided any documentation to justify this significant price hike, and they continue to refuse my requests for such paperwork. Consequently, I am left with no option but to file a complaint with the Department of Transportation to obtain the necessary documentation. Additionally, I have numerous damaged items, and without the required paperwork, I cannot file an insurance claim!"

"Genuinely one of the slimiest individuals I've ever worked with. From the beginning, he was a referral from a family member of mine. The entire process was a headache. He broke my washer, 2 tv's and my entire desk. ONLY thing i asked them to replace was a desk. Its been 4 months and theres been nothing but dodged calls and texts, no accountability and no ethic. Luis Turcios is a scumbag of a owner, and just a bad person to business with unfortunately. I dont trust him, and i'd advise no one trust him with their belongings. So much for being a man of faith"
