"I hired Attic Masters to do an energy efficiency job at my house. The job included work in the attic, crawlspaces and major insulation at the garage. I’m happy with the overall service that I got from Adam and his company Attic Masters. The first consultation meeting was very productive and honest than the other companies that I met. I felt very secure with Adam's knowledge and the quality of his initial assessment. The overall work got increased as i decided that I wanted to do more work than originally planned. All the people that worked at my house (total of 3) were cooperative and the project rolled out easily. Adam did a wonderful amount of research about some things that were not usual. After all the research that Adam did and the consultation he provided me with, we moved forward with the agreed upon plan and it was executed well. "Adam and his team of workers gave me a great deal on replacing the insulation in the attic. We had a leak in one of the fire alarm sprinklers that caused the insulation to be bad and smelly. 
We spoke to Adam about the problem and he sent his employee (Luis) to come over and check the problem in order to provide us  with a quote.
The quote that Adam was able to give us was very good and we approved the work. He than sent 2 workers to do the job and it was done in 2 days after they had to clean everything in the attic and to try it before they placed the new insulation.

"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. Zohar also recommended to have a tile wall and floor tile that made the bathroom a beautiful one! More than that, he was very hard working worked extra hours because of our long schedules. Zohar and his professional crew were very respectful of our time and space. Overall, we are excited with the addition and thankful to Zohar and Best Builders group."

"1958I also asked the technician to replace the air filter. I confirmed with the representative on the telephone that I wanted an air filter placed in the unit and told her that I would pay the additional $17.00.  The home was vacant when the tech arrived and I provided the tech with the lock box code to let himself in.  When I got to the home to check on the service I discovered that the air filter was not installed (the return was open with no filter installed).  The report that I got from the company indicated the size of the filter needed and indicated that one was needed.  I think it was an honest mistake and miscommunication.  I will use this company again to see if it happens again.

The first evaluation was written as a complaint for a job completed but one that did not follow the all of the stipulations of the contract. This review is written to thank the individuals from NRG who took the first evaluation to heart and then dispatched a team to fix the areas of concern. I am delighted to report that the work completed today was done per the contract. Not only was the barrier wall built between the two condo units as originally promised, the attic was insulated with the additional blown in material, the old attic door sealed and caulked, pictures taken, and the area left clean and tidy. I am most grateful to the general manager, the quality control manager, as well as the insulators who made sure the job was finished per the original contract. NRG should be recognized as a company that not only took the time to read a customer service review but then acted, in a timely manner, to resolve the issues addressed in the complaint.
