The technician was very knowledgeable no diagnosis was done, he found the issue, which was such a simple fix, never asked me if i wanted to go ahead with a repair, as there was no diagnostic done, to offer me the repair, he just went ahead and cleaned out the sensor for the Water pitcher, and it worked. Then he told me i owed him 295.00, i was a bit confused, he said there is a minimum labor charge of 295.00, i was never told that nor was I offered a repair for that amount of money, bait and switch... be aware of this Company, they don't tell you on the phone about the minimum labor fee!!!! They said i was offered a repair after the diagnosis, and I was never offered anything, If i had known that this minor leak would have cost 295.00 i never would have hired them. All the was done, nothing"
