"Excellent service, attention to detail, fabric choice, and installation.  Initial sales fellow was very knowledgeable and experienced.  Received great discounting.  Custom sized awning was ready in 10 days.  Installation fellows came pre-installation to double check size and fit.  Unable to confidently comment on quality (its new!),  however, new awning looks beautiful and works with great ease.  And I got a very nice multi-year warranty with Abbott.

The work was a bit slow, but was done very professionally. Our questions and requests were properly addressed by the contractor.
