This allowed the water and remnants from the holding tank to seep back into the water softening system, then back through the pipes in the house. Certain parts were severely clogged and others damaged. Juan and his partner arrived on time the following morning as scheduled, and proceeded to restore clean and clear water throughout the house, and remove whatever was restricting water flow. The contaminated water softening system was replaced, and all new valves installed. Once programmed, the new system flushed all pipes and will continue to do so weekly. The team worked diligently for approx. 9 hours. When done all was running clear, and the pressure restored. They even hauled away all debris. My family is very thankful for Easy Rooter for being prompt and for paying close attention to detail. I would not hesitate to refer them to family and/or friends or to call on them again if needed."
