"José is a true professional. We are so glad we found him! The project came out beautifully and we even hired him to do longterm servicing of our property. His pricing is transparent, he and his crew work really hard, and he has deep knowledge of plants, flowers, and trees - in addition to turf! Highly recommend."

"Ken and Hugo are fantastic! We have had them remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms, one being the master. Both bathrooms were complete demolition and remodel, and one needed to reroute the existing plumbing. All three remodels turned out amazing! Their tile and granite work are superb. They guided us along on all three projects, offering suggestions and pointing us to the right vendors to get our materials, all of whom made this overwhelmed couple feel very comfortable, and helped with the designs. We are so happy with the results and feel very fortunate to have found them."

"I am a professional speaker and I am considered one of the leading experts on "Customer Service" in the US.  Kevin provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. His work was meticulous. His venders were all excellent. This job took 2 weeks and every day he left my garage impeccably clean. He would even clean the driveway and the street before he left. He communicated with me regularly. He was flexible on a few adjustments we had to make. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

"Chris came to our home within a day of first contact. There was one main project discussed which was the most important. That was completed quickly and we discussed four additional items. Chris was able to complete them all on the same day and each item was reasonably quoted and completed efficiently. When the jobs were all done, an invoice was received right away as well as pictures of each item he completed. The invoice was exactly as quoted. We communicated by text and phone all day and I was fully aware of the job status throughout the project. I feel blessed to have found Chris and most definitely will use his services again when we need something done at this home."

Aquarium Services questions, answered by experts

When a septic tank is full, it needs to be professionally pumped. The average cost of a one-time septic tank pump is about $400, or $0.30 per gallon. If your septic tank is full, you may notice that you have issues flushing your toilet, pipes are draining very slowly, or you have a sewage smell lingering in your home or yard.

We’ve explained how deep-rooted plants can damage a septic tank from the outside, but plenty of things can ruin it from the inside, too. For example, flushing bulky items (like paper towels, diapers, and wipes) can clog your septic tank. Cooking oil, grease, and household chemicals can also harm your system. And since a new septic system costs between $3,460 and $11,450, it’s worth following these guidelines.

The best times of year to empty or pump a septic tank are spring and fall. Many professionals recommend spring because the ground has thawed, making the tank easier to access and the waste less likely to be frozen. Pumping before summer also helps avoid conflicts with vacations or outdoor gatherings. Fall is another great option, as contractors may be less busy, and servicing the tank can reduce the risk of overflow from winter and spring precipitation. While summer is also a suitable time, winter is generally not recommended due to frozen ground.

Pump the tank every 3-5 years, avoid flushing non-degradable items, and address leaks promptly to extend system life.

It depends on several factors, such as the equipment used and the company. However, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to pump an average-size septic tank of 1,000 gallons. A larger tank that is over 1,500 gallons can take up to an hour to pump as long as there are no complications.
