"William came out to do a quote and was on time and very professional.  He was full of great information and insight into possible upgrades and fixes.  I was very excited to have the work done.  When he left he said he would have an estimate drawn up and then we could proceed.  From there I was rather unsatisfied with the communication and correspondence.  I was under the impression that the work could be done quickly as it was a small job, but when I spoke with the scheduler...she estimated that it was going to take two weeks!  Also, there was a little back and forth on the quote because I originally had wanted the outlets installed, but then changed my mind because I felt like it could be done at a later date.  The adjusted quote took a couple days to get back to me.  I would actually give Garfano another try, but I ultimately went with a company that could do the work faster and for the same amount of money."

"Michael M, the technician came to my house to check the system.They went up to the attic for a quick check up. The furnace, insulation and ducts are in a great condition. My system is 13 years old but still running great. He spent 2 hours with us to explain how to use the system, and also replaced 2 (dusty!) regular filters to an electro static filters, for a small charge. We also decided to install an air scrubber, for a clean air. We highly reccomend this guys, thank you Michael!"
