"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... "I responded to an email from Dust Away ( I had used them before) and bought a special of 4 hours of cleaning for $99.   I called the next day to set up n appointment and was able to get the date and time I wanted.   I confirmed via email that we were all good to go.  The 2 maids arrived on time and I asked that they concentrate on floors and dusting for me.   I had had workmen in the week before to re-pipe so the floors were in need of attention and I have problems keeping up with the dusting.   They worked hard for 2 hours and the house looked so much better.   I am very happy with them and would call them to come again in the future.

"The two man crew was here for about 3 hours. A couple of small cracks in the front passenger seat leather was pointed out one of the crew so as to be careful when they conditioned the leather. After they finished, I really couldn't tell (certainly not by odor) that the leather was worked on AND the cracks were noticeably increased in size and now with one additional small crack. Also, the paint under the door handles had many scuff marks (probably finger nails), over time, from grabbing the handles and were not touched at all. A little rubbing compound and polish would have cleaned that up. There were also some scuffs on the side of each vehicle that were pointed out about two hours into the job that again could have been eliminated but were not. In addition, my rear rubber floor mats were not reinstalled."
