Christopher and his crew of three arrived five minutes before the scheduled time and set immediately to work on our kitchen counter tops.. Christopher confirmed what I had been told previously: stains in the light colored granite are not removable. He also gave me pointers on how to care for the granite in the future and left a bottle of neutral acidity soap.  The crew finished within an hour with the countertop shining like new. Christopher followed up with a telephone call  the next day to assure that we had not found any residual problems and were still pleased with how our counter tops looked. Since the work was done, we are able to clean the granite with plain water. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of Marble Transformerz work.

"I responded to an email from Dust Away ( I had used them before) and bought a special of 4 hours of cleaning for $99.   I called the next day to set up n appointment and was able to get the date and time I wanted.   I confirmed via email that we were all good to go.  The 2 maids arrived on time and I asked that they concentrate on floors and dusting for me.   I had had workmen in the week before to re-pipe so the floors were in need of attention and I have problems keeping up with the dusting.   They worked hard for 2 hours and the house looked so much better.   I am very happy with them and would call them to come again in the future.

"Detailer complained multiple times that I had hired him through Angie's list, and said that he didn't like doing show-level cars. When he asked if there was anything special I wanted him to do, I showed him some dirt on the driver's floor mat and asked him to deal with it. He said, "Oh, that would be an additional $XX (don't recall the actual amount)". I assumed that he was kidding, but he didn't remove the dirt. He spent less than two hours on the car in total, which I think is skimpy for the price he charged. I tipped him $20, and he looked at the money like it smelled bad. He did not thank me for the tip."

"Overall a good experience. Mr. Martinez knows floors and does a good job. He is polite, punctual and professional and his price is fair. As mentioned by others, though, communication is the weak link. It is not that we could not communicate -- between his English and our Spanish we got along fine. However, there were some misunderstandings as a result of not communicating thoroughly enough. The floors in our house had multiple serious stains. I initially indicated to Mr. Martinez that I wanted a dark red color and Mr. Martinez let me know that that would not be a good choice because of the stains and he said that we needed a darker color. After the floor was stained and sealed I saw that the stains were still visible and the color was not all that dark. Mr. Martinez explained that that stain was the best one to use because it made the stains least visible. After he explained it to me, I did believe that he made the best of a bad situation. However, I also felt that he had not clearly communicated the expected outcome at the beginning of the process. Perhaps if we had discussed this issue more fully at the beginning of the process we could have discussed other options, such as replacing part of the floor. After the floor was stained and sealed, I decided that I would live with it and that it probably would be OK once the furniture was in the room. I would use Mr. Martinez again but I would really make sure that I communicated with him every step of the process."

Hardwood floors many times and Camilo has never disappointed me.  This house was a complete remodel and the old floors were warped from water damage.  We decided to go with the 6" wide planked distressed engineered hardwood flooring.  It really turned out nice.  The guys showed up on time everyday and the job was finished in the amount of time I was quoted.  Highly recommend!"
