David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. The whole project went nicely and the new deck looks great and should need a sealing in 5 years."

I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. He first painted the interior of my two-story town house with absolute perfection. Since then he has followed up on several repairs at my town house through the years, i.e., insulation, dry wall, pipe-fitting, vanity replacement, and painting which have occurred due to problems created by other plumbing companies. Above and beyond the call of duty, he contacted the company who recently installed a new water heater for me since they did not complete the installation per code resulting in their immediate action to comply. Most recently he actually “saved the day” by single-handedly discovering a new water leak due to a malfunctioning air conditioning pump during the hottest week in 2020 in the garage which created yet another leak in the walls adjacent to the original problem he was contracted to repair, just prior to his repairing that recent plumbing problem and he personally arranged an air conditioning company to immediately install the new air conditioning pump.
