"Excellent. David and his team worked with me throughout the entire process. A received a prompt call from David after my initial inquiry. He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. From my experience and interactions, he has a lot of integrity. David was accommodating through some of my changes mid-stream and was a pleasure to work with. After reading reviews from others, I can say that I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to hire Fiber-Coat Deck Co. again for my next project and would recommend them to my friends. Thank you, David. A job well done. The deck looks awesome Work done: remove asphalt shingles, clean up and secure existing nails, lay down and screw in T&G plywood, install multi-layer deck coating (metal lathe, concrete overlay, fiberglass coating, fiberglass sheets, resin, texture, final deck coating/color)."

"iDeck was great! Professional proposal, reasonable price, great work. I'm very happy with deck work they did, I recommend them to everyone."

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"I couldn?t be happier with my experience with Encore Builders. Our pool was 20+ years old, and we were nervous about the remodel, but they made it so easy. They helped us pick new tile and decking that completely changed the look of our backyard. Their crew worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners. Every single person we dealt with was polite and professional, and they kept us in the loop about costs and timing. The craftsmanship is obvious, the finish is flawless. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a pool renovation."

"Clark and his workers did a great job. They were reliable, knowledgable, and very professional. The deck they built was very well constructed and done in a timely manner. The workers were very nice and kept the job site neat and clean while they worked on the project."

"Rick is one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. On time. On budget. Conscientious. Very responsive. Takes pride in the quality of his work. Came upon some unexpected problems on our deck and kept at it until he figured out a solution. Will use him again! Plus he had a good stock tip."

"They were great! Very responsive and honest! They fixed up and epoxied the cracks in the stem wall on the raised foundation of my house. The project seemed daunting but these guys made the process so easy. And looks great! One more thing to check off the house projects list! â ï¸"

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Moses and the team were AMAZING! We had our sunroom converted into a patio, a new cedar fence installed, new gutters, French drains installed, painting of all siding/trim and front door, repair and refinish our deck and other smaller jobs like installing new lighting and house numbers. They managed to get all this done in 10 days and it looks wonderful! It was great to find out that Construction by Maya was a "one-stop shop"--it kept us from having to deal with multiple crews, vendors, bids, and made scheduling a breeze (which was very important to us, as my husband and I work full time). We've never had work done on our home, so we were a little intimidated by the process. Moses walked us through every step and even provided several options that would save us money. He's got a great eye for paint color and made suggestions that we ended up using--it looks great! He was extremely flexible, he was always easy to contact, and answered all my questions and concerns promptly. His crew worked fast and cleaned up everything completely. I definitely plan on working with them in the future for more projects that come up and will recommend them to all my friends and family."

"McCoy construction is very professional and does excellent work. They keep customers informed of their progress and any issues that come up. They provide a well documented proposal and estimate, we would definitely hire them again!"
